Common questions about ByteBoom  ·  Updated September 2026

Find quick answers about connecting Binance, running crypto trading engines, and managing your ByteBoom subscription. For anything not covered here, reach us at support@byteboom.ai.

Account & billing

Is there a free trial? No — ByteBoom does not offer a free trial. Plans are billed when you subscribe. You can pause, stop, or cancel anytime.

How do I cancel? Cancel from account settings or email support. Your trading engines stop at the end of the current billing period unless you stop them manually sooner.

Binance connection

What API permissions do I need? A system-generated Binance API key with Enable Reading, Enable Spot & Margin Trading, Enable Futures and Permits Universal Transfer. Keep Enable Withdrawals off (keys with withdrawals enabled are rejected) and restrict the key to trusted IPs; the IP is shown in the ByteBoom app after you log in. See the Binance API setup guide for step-by-step setup.

My trading engine isn't trading. Check that the API key is active with the permissions above, that its trusted-IP list includes the IP shown in the ByteBoom app, that your futures account uses Single-Asset mode, and that you have enough USDT in your Binance account.

Trading engines & strategies

Where are my funds? Always on your Binance account. ByteBoom is non-custodial — we never hold your crypto or withdraw it. The only transfers we make are USDT moves between your own Binance wallets (Spot, Funding, USDⓈ-M Futures).

Can I run multiple trading engines? Yes, depending on your plan. Each trading engine uses a separate capital allocation, and the engine decides what to trade with it.

Security

API keys are encrypted with AES-256. We do not sell your data. Revoke keys on Binance at any time to halt all automated activity instantly.
